Technology transfer agreement can not be considered as an exception, if any one of competing economic agents is deprived of the possibility, to form the price of the product by their own discretion, which does not include the case of imposition of the maximum price or advice of the price, with respect of economic agents; can not also be considered as an exceptional case, when any competing economic agents has no the possibility of conducting research and development work, except for the cases when such restriction provides the protection of licensed know-how
